AllMusic calls the group "an excellent Canadian jazz quartet Rob Frayne on tenor and soprano (), bassist John Geggie, drummer Jean Martin, and singer Tena Palmer (whose voice is effectively integrated as part of the group's ensemble)." 〔(Chelsea Bridge - Music Biography, Credits and Discography : AllMusic )〕 AllMusic states that the "group (which has recorded several CDs for Unity) mostly plays originals by Frayne, Geggie, and Palmer.
